As my products vary significantly in weight & size so do my shipping prices, these are calculated at the checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package's delivery status.

Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Please note that I currently only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for considering my store for your purchase. I understand that sometimes we change our minds after purchasing. However, please note that I do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of the item to initiate a return or exchange.
